ABOUT WASATCH CAMERATA

Wasatch Camerata was founded in 2022 with the objective of providing concerts of the highest quality in the Wasatch Back area. In a style reminiscent of 18th century Europe, concerts are held primarily in chambers (camerata) where the musicians and guests can enjoy the arts on an intimate scale. Each musical performance features music in varied styles around a theme.

Currently, the group includes 13 talented vocalists and fine pianists living in the Heber Valley. Many concerts also include instrumental artists. Repertoire ranges from Baroque music to popular Broadway fare, and from jazz to opera. All who attend are sure to hear something they love as well as discover new music to appreciate.

The singers are currently responsible for all aspects of the concert, including securing performance venues and inviting guests, developing the musical theme for each concert, purchasing and rehearsing music, marketing, and recording.
